Message	I'm looking into buying a used set of turbos, and this one particular set I'm interested in has one brand new turbo, and one used. (The owner was piecing together a kit like I plan to do). I have attached a picture of the used turbo. The compressor wheel has some nicks, which I'm not worried about. However it also has, what looks to be, a pretty serious chip. What are you opinions on the condition of this turbo? Will it last, or will it be too far out of balance? The current owner says he was not worried about it when he bought it, and I have had good experiences dealing with him before.. But I am not exactly an expert on turbos. Hopefully this is suitable for the general forum, as it is not a technical issue, and I just need a second opinion. Thanks!
